The present Act lays down provisions relating to the marketing of milk, milk products and fats. Article 1 establishes that milk producers are obliged to deliver milk and cream to a dairy factory indicated by the competent supreme authority. This authority may give a choice of more than one dairy factory to milk producers. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Milk and milk products (I); Fats (II); General provisions (III); Penalties and final provisions (IV). Articles 12, 12a and 15-19 are deleted.
