This Ministerial Decree has been adopted with a view to implementing at national level the provisions laid down in Directives 2001/90/EC, 2001/91/EC and 2003/11/EC which amend Directive 76/769/EEC regarding particular dangerous substances and preparations. Certain amendments are hereby laid down to Presidential Decree No. 904 of 1984 in order to put it in line with the Directives above-mentioned.
