With article 1 to this Decree and in compliance with Commission Directive 2003/118/EC, in Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree 300481/84 the entries relating to parathion-methyl shall be deleted. In part A of Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 certain entries for MRLs on cereals shall be added as shown in the Table attached to article 2 to this Decree. In part B of Annex V to Presidential Decree No. 497/89 the entries for acephate and parathion-methyl shall be added according to the provisions of article 3. With article 4, Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: 1) the maximum pesticide residue levels (MRLs) as shown in the Table attached herewith are added to Annex II to Decree No. 352654/95; 2) the maximum pesticide residue level for 2,4-D (sum of 2,4-D and its esters expressed as 2,4-D) on citrus fruit shall be amended to 1 (p) mg/kg .
