Maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products intended for human consumption are kept under constant review and changed by the European Community legislation in order to take account of new information and data. The Decree, with the view to give effect to Commission Directive 2007/627/EC, provides for the following amendments to the Greek legislative frame regarding MRLs: 1) Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 is amended as follows: in Part A, Annex II the entries for bifenazate, pethoxamid, pyrimethanil and rimsulfuron are added as set out in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree; 2) Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: in Annex II the entries for bifenazate, pethoxamid, pyrimethanil and rimsulfuron are added, as shown in the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree.
