The Decree lays down provisions for the transposition into the national legislation and application of Commission Directive 2000/42/EC. According to the provisions of article 1, the maximum levels for residues listed in Annex I to this Decree shall replace those listed in Part A of Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 for the pesticides in question.
