The Decree amends a number of legislative texts relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on products on plant and animal origin, in accordance with Commission Directive 2002/71/EC. All the amendments and addenda brought forth with this Directive are hereby implemented and the corresponding national legislative texts are amended or completed respectively.
