With the present Decree, in Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree 300481/84 the entries relating to Diquat shall be deleted (article 1). Annex II, Part A to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 is hereby completed by including new maximum levels for pesticide residues as shown in the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree. The maximum pesticide residue levels as shown in article 3 to this Decree are added to Annex V, Part A and B of Presidential Decree No. 497/89. Also, in Annex II of Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 are added or replaced maximum levels for pesticide residues as shown in the Table of article 4.
With the present Decree, in Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree 300481/84 the entries relating to Diquat shall be deleted (article 1).
