This Decree, in accordance with the provisions of Council Directive 2000/58/EC, amends Annex II, Part A to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 as regards the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin. More specifically, with article 1 to this Decree, the maximum level for kresoxim methyl is added. Article 2 to this Decree adds maximum levels for pesticide residues to those already listed in Annex V, Part A to Presidential Decree No. 497/89. Article 3
