This Act s objective is to establish national parks in order to create and ensure natural areas and landscapes, preserve and enhance quality and diversity, preservation and enhancement of scenic and geological values, research and teaching of park values, strengthening and development values for the benefit of the community by increasing awareness. To each park there shall be assigned a National Park Fund in order to achieve these objectives.
It consists of 8 Chapters: Scope and purpose (1); National Park proposal (2); National Park Fund (3); National Park Council (4); National Park Plan (5); Administrative provisions (6); Refunds and cancellations (7); Entry into force and transitional provisions (8).
