This Act s purpose is to establish national parks in order to create and ensure the preservation of natural areas and landscapes, the conservation and improvement of quality and diversity of geological, research and teaching of park values for the benefit of the community. To each park there shall be assigned a National Park Fund in order to achieve these objectives.
