The Order sets rules on fees and costs for agricultural products. The purpose of the Order is to ensure that a good-standing sanitary certification of plants and seeds is created, following proper control and research in adherence to EU rules and procedures. Fees are due on demand, and payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. If due fees are not timely, an annual interest rate equal to the interest in adherence to article 5 of the Interest Act shall be added with a minimum of 50 DKK. Reminders are subject to a fee of 100 DKK.
