Through the Minister of Environment and Food of Denmark this Act sets rules on the production and trade of potatoe seeds and plants. These regulations include the requirement of registration, testing and approval of a variety of agricultural and horticultural plant species as well as the classification thereof based on origin, use, health, quality, packaging, labelling, and monitoring for compliance with provisions regarding the publication of analysis results following inspection.
Article 3a - Decisions made under this Act may be appealed to the Environment and Food Appeals Board hearing for cases referred to in art. 3 (where the Minister of Environment and Food may authorize power of attorney for performing specific inspections in adherence to this Act) and thus cannot be brought before another administrative authority.
