The Order sets rules on fees and costs for agricultural products registration made by enterprises (as specified in Annex 1). The purpose of the Order is to ensure that a good-standing sanitary certification of plants and seeds is created, following proper control and research in adherence to EU rules and procedures.
Annex 1 - Fees for revenue control.
Annex 2 - Fees for inspection and issuance of phyto-sanitary certification.
Annex 3 - Fees for inspection of consignments of plants and plant products for importation.
