The Order sets rules on fees and costs for agricultural products. The purpose of the Order is to ensure that a good-standing sanitary certification of plants and seeds is created, following proper control and research in adherence to EU rules and procedures.
Annex 1 - Fees for breeding and revenue control.
Annex 2 - Fee for control and issuance of phyto-sanitary certificates, re-export certificates and certificates of inspection.
Annex 3 - Fees for inspection of consignments of plants and plant products import.
