This Order defines regulations for the protection of plants against the spreading of certain plant pests, in order to ensure their reproduction quality. The Order specifies pests to avoid and ensures that commercial companies follow authorization and registration requirement criteria for the trading and label/package purposes. Plants defined here include seeds, flowers, botanic fruits, CAC (Conformitas Agraria Communitatis) material.
