This Order provides guidelines on measures for preventing, identifying and regulating salmonellosis in poultry and sets rules for the detection of Campylobacter in broilers. The Order does not include measures for infections with Salmonella Gallinarum and Salmonella Pullorum (fowl typhoid). Tests and inspections shall adhere to protocols implemented in adherence to EU regulations and listed in the document's Appendices.
