This Order amends the National framework for funding the fisheries sector related to the Operational Fisheries Programme 2007-2013 (PROMAR) and approves the Regulation for the support system for temporary cessation of fishing activities, which benefits the owners of licensed fishing vessels and Seine fishing or drift gillnets for small pelagic fishing, covered by the Plan Adjustment of Fishing Effort. It applies for vessels if the holder has a fishing license for seine fishing or drift gillnets for small pelagic fishing; the fishing vessel had operated during the year 2014 and until the beginning of the closed season, at least 45 days; the vessel landed in 2014 until the date of closed season of sardine fishing, a volume of sardine not less than 7.5% of the total fish landed.
