The Order sets regulations with regard to grant subsidies for projects aimed at modernizing cattle stables (daily cattle and/or calves for slaughter) in order to strengthen farming, productivity and resource efficiency. The Order is administratively regulated by the Danish AgriFish Agency, which grants subsidies under applications sent from 19 March 2015 and received no later than 19 May 2015.
The Order consists of 12 Chapters and 2 Appendices: Purpose and application (1); Definitions (2); Administration (3); Terms of commitment for subsidies (4); Projects relating to the establishment of new cattle stables, extensions to existing stables for dairy cattle or calves for slaughter (5); Projects for investment in renovation of existing stables for dairy cattle or calves for slaughter (6); Changing the project and transfer of commitments (7); Disbursement of funds (8); Disclosure (9); Discontinuation of commitment and repayment or reduction of subsidy (10); Appeals (11); Entry into force (12).
