This Order, consisting of 9 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the requirements to be satisfied for the exemption from the use of satellite vessel monitoring system, recording and transmission by electronic means of fishing activity by national fishing vessels of length between 12 and 15 meters. The exemption provided by this ordinance may be applied during the period between 1 January to 31 December 2014 and may be discontinued at any time.
