This Order applies to the assessment of international conservation areas and the authorization of projects thereof for the transportation of oil, gas and other chemicals through underground pipelines. These permits shall be submitted for authorization to the Energy Agency in adherence to EU regulations.
The Order consists of 4 Annexes:
1 - Selection criteria for projects covered by article 4, section 2-3.
2 - Information and opinions to be given in the EIA report.
3 - Information and opinions to be given in the impact assessment of international conservation areas.
4 - List of species under the Habitats Directive Annex IV and to Danish territorial waters, in the Danish exclusive economic zone or Danish continental shelf.
