This Order applies to the transmission system operator Energinet.dk, which shall ensure that information on its connectivity systems is disclosed to foreign enterprises responsible for connectivity function. Energinet.dk is technically and financially responsible for coverage of connectivity network available to end-consumers and shall, after agreement with foreign transmission network companies, adopt regulations for public electricity supply in Denmark. An annual environmental report shall be submitted to the Energy Board, and should included issues related to electricty supply development and forecast for its production.
The Order consists of 8 Chapters: General provisions (1); Application of the transmission grid (2); Requirements (3); Energinet.dk 's criteria for reliability in electrical power supply system (4); Planning (5); Environmental reports (6); Research and development (7); Appeals and entry into force provisions (8).
