This Order sets regulations concerning subsidy granted for projects of marine innovation (marine biology and eco-system processes for the protection of marine environment), development of fishing equipment and methods in specific marine areas (Natura2000 areas), and development, testing and design of fishing gear in order to reduce the impact of fishing on the marine environment. These subsidies, which are approved and regulated by the Danish AgriFish Agency, implement EU provisions.
