The present Ordinance governs the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of dangerous substances, preparations, articles, biocides, pesticides and fertilizers (chemicals). In particular, the Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Federal Chemicals Act of 15 December 2000. The text consisting of 10 articles deals with the following aspects : sphere of application, competent authorities, Health Office, fees and entry into force.
