This Regulation amends 25 points of the Regulation on indicators and values of acceptable pollution of surface waters and waste waters, on permits to discharge waste waters into surface water and sewerage, and on sensitive areas. In particular, the Regulation amends art. 6 specifying limits of acceptable pollution of different types of water, and art. 8 defining measuring the volume of discharged waste waters and the level of their pollution.
