This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food amends the Regulation on the marketing of vegetable propagating and planting material, other than seed, by replacing the genera and species listed in the Annex, in accordance with Commission Directive 2006/124/EC amending Council Directive 92/33/EEC on the marketing of vegetable propagating and planting material other than seed and Council Directive 2002/55/EC on the marketing of vegetable seed.
