This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down rules governing the production with a view to marketing, and the marketing of propagating and planting material, other than seed. These rules include: (1) requirements and conditions to be met by vegetable propagating and planting material, other than seed; (2) requirements for suppliers; (3) the contents of the application form for authorization to issue labels and certificates of a supplier; (4) the contents of labels and certificates issued by a supplier; (5) details on control and monitoring of suppliers and propagating and planting material, other than seed. This Regulation is composed of 14 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Requirements for propagating and planting material (Sec. 2); Requirements for suppliers (Sec. 3); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 4).
