This Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour, which is composed of three articles and one Annex, implements European Community provisions relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations. In particular, the Regulation establishes updates limit values applicable to individual types of dangerous substances and preparations. The Annex contains the amended list of carcinogenic substances and other harmful substances which may not be placed o
