This Regulation sets out limit values for pollutants and lays down rules on their classification. Moreover, the Regulation lays down provisions on monitoring of air quality. Limit values for pollutants, allowed tolerances and goal pollutant limits are set out in article 3; levels of air pollution are specified in article 4. Article 6 deals with measurement of levels of air pollution.
