This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 768/2005, which established the Community Fisheries Control Agency. This agency is hereinafter named European Fisheries Control Agency . Further amendments concern cooperation with the European Border and Coast Guard Agency. New article 7a (relating to European cooperation on coast guard functions) is inserted.
