This Regulation prescribes all necessary provisions governing the alimentation code applied on public supplies of the fruit on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
This Regulation shall also govern: a) target group; b) eligible products and the size of the meal; c) the eligible costs and the method of calculation of support; d) the approval of the application for support; e) supporting measures; f) the conditions for granting the state aid; g) administrative control and inspection on the field; h) inspection related matters; i) the repayment of aid.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
