This Regulation provides measures for the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals as well as additional conditions to the implementation of the Regulation on animal health requirements applicable to aquaculture animals and products thereof, and the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals (Official Gazette 42/2008) in the part related to the prevention and eradication of certain diseases in aquatic animals.
Areas with approved program for the control and eradication of diseases are listed in the Annex.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
