This Regulation, for the purpose of registration for plant protection products, prescribes the content of the application for registration of assets, conditions related to professional qualifications, composition and operation of the reviewers, the process of evaluation of active substances and agents, way of dealing with the documentation for the evaluation of active substances, the content of registration requirements for registration and prolongation of the re-evaluation of assets, conditions on the treatment of stock funds, conditions to be met by an applicant for a license for exploration or development, general requirements, content of licenses, the conditions for research and study period.
The Annexes I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.
