This Regulation lays down the conditions for the recognition of producer organizations, associations of producer organizations and interbranch organizations and the conditions and procedure for the submission of recognition plans for producer groups.
Where an applicant is wholly or partly made up of members which are themselves legal entities or clearly defined parts of legal entities made up of producers, the minimum number of producers may be calculated on the basis of the number of producers associated with each of the legal entities or clearly defined parts of legal entities.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
