This Regulation strictly prohibits the trade on the territory of the Croatian Republic of plant protection products containing active substances: acetochlor, asulam, flufenoxuron, fatty alcohols, and novaluron propisochlor.
This Regulation adopts the provisions prescribed by the following documents in order to withdrawn all plant protection products containing these active substances from the European market: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 1372/2011 of 21 Dec 2011The disapproval of the active substance acetochlor, in accordance with Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing on the market of plant protection products, and amending Commission Decision 2008/934/EZ; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 1045/2011 of 19 Oct 2011 The disapproval of the active substance asulam, in accordance with Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing on the market of plant protection products, and amending Commission Decision 2008/934/EZ; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 942/2011 of 22 Sept 2011 The non-inclusion of the active substance flufenoxuron, in accordance with Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing on the market of plant protection products (2008/934/EZ); Commission Decision of 8 2008/941/EZ Dec 2008 The non-inclusion of certain active substances in Annex I of the Council Directive no. 91/414/EEC and the withdrawal of the decision on registration of plant protection products containing these substances; Implementation of the Commission decision 2012/187/EU of 4 April 2012 Amending the Decision 2001/861/EZ related to the active substance novaluron; Implementation of the Commission decision 2011/262/EU of 27 Apr 2011 The non-inclusion of the active substance propisochlor in the Annex I of the Council Directive 91/414/EEC and amending Commission Decision 2008/941/EZ.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
