This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards, conditions and manner for the implementation of support measures in the supply of regular students of educational institutions with milk and dairy products in Croatia.
Implementation of measures in support of school milk is the determination of the amount of dairy products eligible for support, the amount of aid, the choice of subjects who may be supported, their rights and obligations, and the implementation of control measures in the event of irregularities that may occur in the implementation of these measures.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
