This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down derogation for maximum levels of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in traditionally smoked meat and meat products on the territory of Poland pursuant to art. 7 par. 6 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006 setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs. This derogation shall apply only to those products of traditionally smoked meat that have been reported by the food business operator to the district veterinarian.
