The present Ordinance implements the Waste Water Ordinance, in its version of 17 June 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1108, 2625). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the self-monitoring of water supply and waste water plants. Article 2 establishes that whoever runs such a facility has to carry out self-monitoring procedures that meet the minimum requirements of the present Ordinance.
