An Ordinance to establish the maximum amounts allowed in the discharge of waste water into public waters; in particular, waste water containing polluting substances must be monitored and amounts curtailed. Article 2 contains a definition clause relating to the various terms employed in the Ordinance, while article 3 sets out general principles for the treatment of sewage.
