The present Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry regulates the approval of food business establishments, primary production of germinated products, and official controls of meat production. The Decree complements Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/624 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/627. It contains 17 articles divided into the following chapters: 1. Scope of application; 2. Decision on approval; 3. Official control of meat products and related measures; and 4. Entry into force. The Decree lays down the requirements for approval of different establishments, as well as inspections and related measures concerning meat production.
