This Decree, following some European Regulations, provides for the designation of specific monitoring programmes for highly pathogenic flu and diseases and vaccination in poultry, cattle, goats, sheep, ducks. The Decree concerns: designation of authorised body; notifications related to appointment, performance of duties, suspension or dismissal of a director or member of the supervisory board; Ministerial authorisation to demand all information relating to the performance of the activities of Animal Health Service; funding and administration.
