These Rules are enacted in accordance with the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law, Administrative Measures for Animal Quarantine, aiming to regulate the quarantine work of bees.
The Rules stipulate the bee quarantine objects, quarantine qualification standards, quarantine procedures, quarantine results processing and quarantine records. The Rules further provide for measures for the supervision and inspection.
