This Act, considering the introduction of Water Act, concerns the rearrangement of the Dutch legislation on the matter, by amending, replacing or repealing some other Acts. The Act provides for: definition of guidelines; publication of records; construction of water management structures; drafting of emergency plans; measures for soil protection; pollution levy and compensation.
