Recalling decision 4/CP.22, paragraph 2,
1.Notes decision 2/CMA.2, on the outcome of the review of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated with Climate Change Impacts and the report of its Executive Committee;
2.Also notes that considerations related to the governance of the Warsaw International Mechanism will continue at its twenty-sixth session (November 2020).11It is noted that discussions related to the governance of the Warsaw International Mechanism did not produce an outcome; this is without prejudice to further consideration of this matter.
