These Regulations amend the Animal By-Products (Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2011 and the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (England) Regulations 2010 in provisions concerning remote areas for the purposes of Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009 laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, consequential on the revocation of the designation of the Isle of Wight as a remote area.
