This Directive determines the conditions which must be satisfied in the case of introduction or movement of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other objects listed in Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC. These conditions, which relate exclusively to the introduction and movement for trial or scientific purposes and for work on varietal selections, aim at ensuring that there is no risk of harmful organisms spreading.
