This Directive shall apply to partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk as defined in Annex I. Member States may authorize the addition of vitamins to the products referred to in Annex I. Such products shall be subject to the provisions laid down in Directive 2000/13/EC under the conditions established in article 3 of this Directive concerning packaging and labelling requirements. In the implementation of these provisions, the Commission shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on Foodstuffs
