Decree designating species pursuant to Article 15, first paragraph, section e, of the Animal Health and Welfare Act.

This Decree of the Vice Minister for Agriculture, Nature Management and Fisheries is made for purposes of Article 15, first paragraph, comma of the Animal Health and Welfare Act. It specifies animal species for purposes of that provision and provides that Chapter VIII of the Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to measures under Section 3 of Chapter II of the Act to prevent infectious diseases affecting animals as indicated in Article 15.
