This Decree-Law is composed of eight articles and five annexes. It introduces in the national legal order Directive 2004/107/EC relating to arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in ambient air. In particular, it rules on assessment of air concentrations and on related communication procedures.
