This Decree establishes the minimum requirements to be met as regards the identification and registration of animals, namely bovines, swines, ovines and caprines. The Decree implements the provisions laid down in Directive 92/102//EEC, which has been adopted by Decision No. 1/94 of the Cooperation Committee San Marino-European Community.
