Eighth Ordinance amending the Food Penalty Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the food Penalty Ordinance of 19 September 2006, in its version of 7 February 2012. In particular, the Ordinance adds article 10 on Implementation of certain provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 208/2013. Moreover, the Ordinance rewords the following articles: article 11 on Implementation of certain provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 322/2014; article 14 on Implementation of certain provisions of Council Regulation (EC) 015/175; article 15 on Implementation of Regulation (EC) 2015/043; article 16 on Implementation of Council Regulation (EC) 2015/1375. The text consists of 3 articles.
